What we can make, and what we can't.
Most manufacturer websites answer this page with "we offer bespoke solutions tailored to your needs." That tells you nothing and costs you a phone call to find out.
So here is the whole specification. If a constraint on this page rules us out, you have lost thirty seconds instead of three weeks.
Two-piece and hinged constructions built on a greyboard core, wrapped in printed or textured paper. This is the box a fragrance set, a watch, or a limited-edition lipstick ships in.

Not for us: Runs under 1,000 units, and boxes with a wrapped dimension over 400 mm. Below 1,000 the setup cost per unit stops making sense for you; above 400 mm the wrapping machine can't hold registration and hand-wrapping doubles the price.
Litho-laminated or direct-printed folding board, die-cut, glued and shipped flat. Where the volume rises and the unit cost has to come down.

Everything below is done in our own building. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can pull a job back onto the press the same day when a trial fails.
Hot foil stamping. Gold, silver, holographic and pigment foils. Maximum stamp area 300 × 200 mm. We hold our own brass dies for repeat jobs at no re-tooling charge.
Cold foil. For large coverage areas and photographic foil effects, run inline on the press.
Embossing and debossing. Single-level, multi-level and sculpted. Maximum depth 1.2 mm on greyboard.
Lamination. Matt, gloss, soft-touch, anti-scuff. Soft-touch adds 2 working days to the lead time.
Spot UV. Gloss and textured, registered to print within 0.3 mm.

We photograph every sample on a colour-managed setup before it ships, so you see it before the courier does.
4 weeks from sample approval,
for orders up to 5,000 units.
Above that, add 1 week per 5,000 units. That clock starts when you approve the production sample, not when you send the artwork. Everything before approval — quoting, dummies, trials — runs on the timings above.
We publish this number because it is the first thing you need and the last thing our competitors will commit to. If we are going to miss it on your job, you will hear that in the quotation.
