The construction most of our rigid boxes exist for. Foil, deboss and soft-touch finishes tuned to survive retail handling and still look hand-finished — built in the same building where they're cut, not subcontracted out for the parts that go wrong.
Three constructions cover most fragrance briefs. Which one fits depends on your bottle's weight, your retail channel and how the box opens on first use.
A glass bottle is heavy and off-balance compared to most of what we pack — the insert has to stop it shifting and marking the lid in transit, not just look neat in a product photo. We mould the cavity to your bottle's actual profile rather than a generic round hole, and test the fit at sample stage before the tooling is committed.
Hot foil stamping
Gold, silver, holographic. Max stamp area 300 × 200 mm.
Embossing & debossing
Single, multi-level and sculpted. Max depth 1.2 mm.
Soft-touch lamination
Adds 2 working days to lead time.
Any colour, any board
Colour-matched to ΔE tolerance across a full range.
One structure, run in five different colourways for the same client's seasonal range — the tooling doesn't change, the board and foil do.
6,500 m², and we own it — offset printing, die-cutting and folding-gluing lines all under one roof in Istanbul, the way they have run since 2003. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can pull a foil trial back onto the press the same day when it fails.
