Compact rigid cases and folding cartons sized for frames, sunglasses and lens accessories — hinge action tested through repeated open-close cycles at sample stage, not just once on the first unit off the line.
A frame case has to hold its shape one-handed and open flat without the hinge binding — which construction fits depends on whether it's a hero case or a lens-accessory carton shipped at volume.
A frame case has to open flat and close cleanly with one hand, every time — we test the hinge action through repeated open-close cycles at sample stage rather than just once on the first unit off the line. Soft-touch lamination is the most requested finish here; it adds two working days but it's what makes the case feel right in the hand.

One case, five stone and sand tones for the same client's seasonal collection — the hinge tooling doesn't change, the board and lamination do.
6,500 m², and we own it — offset printing, die-cutting and folding-gluing lines all under one roof in Istanbul, the way they have run since 2003. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can pull a soft-touch trial back onto the line the same day when the coating doesn't feel right.
