The tray insert does the work

We mould the tray cavities to the exact piece size and count you specify — a 9-piece grid needs different tooling than a 12-piece one, and we build to your count rather than fitting your product into a standard tray. Both the board and the liner are food-contact-grade materials, with the relevant declaration of compliance provided for your job.

6,500 m², and we own it — offset printing, die-cutting and folding-gluing lines all under one roof in Istanbul, the way they have run since 2003. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can pull a foil trial back onto the press the same day when it fails.
