A corporate gifting run is often tied to a single event — a launch, a conference, an end-of-year send — so there's usually no production cycle in between to fix a fit or finish problem before it ships. We build a tray insert to hold each component rather than leaving it loose in a lined box, and the same finishing line ropes the carrier bag by hand if the brief needs one. Brass dies are kept for repeat jobs at no re-tooling charge, so next year's programme runs on the same tooling.
