The insert does the work

A bottle is heavy and off-balance in a box compared with most of what we pack, so the insert is doing structural work, not just presentation — it has to keep the bottle from shifting and cracking the finish on itself in transit. We mould the cavity to your bottle's actual profile rather than a generic round hole, and test the fit at sample stage before the tooling is committed.

6,500 m², and we own it — offset printing, die-cutting and folding-gluing lines all under one roof in Istanbul, the way they have run since 2003. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can pull a foil trial back onto the press the same day when it fails.
