A compact or palette gets opened dozens of times before it's empty — which construction fits depends on how many times it needs to open cleanly, and whether it ships flat first.

The hinge and the insert do the work

We've moved brands from cut EVA to moulded pulp inserts mid-contract when the tolerance a component needed didn't hold at volume — both are cut in-house, so switching doesn't mean re-quoting from a new supplier. The hinge and magnet get tested through repeated open-close cycles at sample stage, not just once on the first unit off the line.

A moulded pulp insert, cut to the exact profile of a compact and a lipstick tube — not a generic slot.

6,500 m², and we own it — offset printing, die-cutting and folding-gluing lines all under one roof in Istanbul, the way they have run since 2003. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can pull a hinge trial back onto the press the same day when it fails.
