Garment boxes and accessory cartons built to ship flat and assemble fast at volume, without losing shelf presence — die-cut and litho-laminated in the same building, so a window-patching register problem gets caught on press, not at a retailer's dock.
Apparel runs live or die on unit cost at volume — which construction fits depends on whether the piece ships flat to a retailer's own assembly line or arrives already built.
Most of what we make for this category is folding carton, not rigid — litho-laminated or direct-printed board, die-cut and glued, shipped flat until a retailer's own team assembles it. That only works if the crease lines score the same way every time at volume, without someone checking each one by hand.

One structure, run in five colourways for the same client's seasonal range — the tooling doesn't change, the board and lamination do.
6,500 m², and we own it — offset printing, die-cutting and folding-gluing lines all under one roof in Istanbul, the way they have run since 2003. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can pull a window-patching register back onto the press the same day when it drifts.
