Foam or moulded inserts cut to a device's actual profile, not a generic slot — assembled in the same building where the board is cut, so a drop-test failure gets traced to a real cause, not shrugged off as transit damage.
Two constructions cover most tech briefs. Which one fits depends on how the box gets presented at unboxing — lifted open, or slid out.
A device box has to hold its shape through a courier network, not just a shelf — the insert cavity is cut to the component's actual profile, not a generic slot, so nothing shifts and marks the finish in transit. Cut EVA covers most runs; where a component is heavier or the drop spec is tighter, we move to a moulded insert instead.
Foil stamping
Gold, silver, holographic. Max stamp area 300 × 200 mm.
Spot UV
Registered to print within 0.3 mm.
Matt lamination
Adds 2 working days to lead time.
Any colour, any board
Colour-matched to ΔE tolerance across a full range.
One finishing line, four device categories — the foil and coating change, the tolerance discipline doesn't.
6,500 m², and we own it — offset printing, die-cutting and folding-gluing lines all under one roof in Istanbul, the way they have run since 2003. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can pull a foil trial back onto the press the same day when it fails.
